• We are not physicians. We do not prescribe medications nor do we diagnosis systemic disease processes. We are experts in the musculoskeletal system and in movement disorders and hold a doctorate degree in our profession. During our thorough initial evaluation process we screen all of our patients for conditions which fall out of our scope of practice and refer those clients on to the appropriate physician for follow up and treatment.
• We take pride in our one on one treatment sessions and our computerized documentation and scheduling software that we use allowing greater legibility of notes.

2. Fill out the form and fax it over to our office at (704) 864-2125
3. We will send a fax back to your office letting you know we have received the client information.
4. We will then call the client, set up the appointment and send a letter back to your office letting you know of the date and time of the scheduled appointment. We will also call and verify any insurance information.
